- Classroom Support: Assist in classrooms as needed to maintain proper teacher-child ratios. Step into any classroom and follow the lead teacher’s daily plan and routines.

Breaks : Giving 10 minutes break to teachers at the regular interval at their assigned break time.

Supervision & Safety: Monitor and ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies.

Engagement: Interact positively with children through play, conversation, and age-appropriate learning activities.

Classroom Transitions: Support smooth transitions during arrival, meals, naps, and departure times.

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with classroom teachers and administrators to understand and meet classroom needs.

Kitchen Assistance: Assist and help in kitchen as and when required.

Cleanliness & Organization: Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.

Flexibility: Be prepared to adjust to different classrooms and age groups throughout the day, often with short notice.
